Arsenal may be faced with a significant decision regarding Gabriel Jesus' transfer this summer.

The Brazil international, 27, had a challenging second season at the Emirates Stadium, despite a promising debut season following his £45 million ($58.2 million) move from Premier League rival Manchester City in 2022. Despite scoring goals, injuries have been a constant issue for Jesus, who has suffered three separate setbacks in the past year.

Jesus still managed to contribute 16 goals, with standout performances against Sevilla and Luton, but lost his starting position to Kai Havertz. Tactical changes by Mikel Arteta often saw him playing in a false nine role, with Havertz dropping into midfield.

However, he was not in Arteta's preferred Arsenal starting XI towards the end of the season. Given these circumstances, there are mild rumours of an exit, as some believe Arsenal has moved beyond both Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko in its plans.

With three years left on his contract, Arsenal would likely demand a substantial fee for his departure - perhaps something similar to the $58.2 million the team invested in him two years ago - which could potentially be forthcoming.

Rumors on X suggest Saudi Pro League club Al-Ahli, as relayed by football.london, has listed Jesus as a potential target, alongside Tottenham's Richarlison. Of course, there is no guarantee that Jesus will become Al-Ahli's priority, but an offer could feasibly arrive.

Over the past year, Premier League stars such as Ruben Neves, Aleksandar Mitrovic, Jordan Henderson, and Fabinho have made lucrative moves to Saudi Arabia.

Liverpool.com says: A move to Saudi Arabia isn't impossible for Jesus. The Saudis would love to have a player of his calibre in their league, and he may decide enough is enough after a lengthy spell in European soccer. This transfer will likely depend on Arsenal and whether Liverpool's Premier League rival wants to keep the Brazilian striker.
