All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham as pre-season tours continue.

The new Premier League season is just around the corner, and the summer transfer window is really beginning to heat up. We saw a slow start to summer business due to Euro 2024 and Copa América, but clubs are now playing catch up.

Money is being spent in large quantities, and Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham have already contributed towards that to varying degrees. All three clubs are likely to agree further deals to sign and sell players this summer as they look to take steps forward in the coming season.

Arsenal are hoping for another title tilt and to go one better, while Chelsea and Spurs will be fully concentrated on landing Champions League returns. All three clubs will feel as though new signings are required to turn those objectives into reality. With that in mind, we have rounded up all the latest transfer news from ‘insider’ Fabrizio Romano.

Jorgensen close

Chelsea are closing in on a deal to sign Villarreal goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen, with Enzo Maresca moving to create better competition for starting keeper Robert Sanchez. Chelsea will pay more than first though, with an extra £4.8million being agreed, but the deal will move quickly from here it seems.

Romano tweeted on Sunday night: “Medical tomorrow in the US for Filip Jørgensen as new Chelsea player. Villarreal to receive €24.5m package.”

Chelsea to wrap up another deal

Chelsea are also set to wrap up a deal for Boca Juniors starlet Aaron Anselmino, who will sign before returning to Argentina to see out the rest of the season with his current club.

Romano tweeted: “Aaron Anselmino, in London today to undergo medical tests and sign six year contract as Chelsea player. Deal valid until June 2030 plus option until 2031, then he will go back on loan to Boca Juniors. Anselmino will travel back to Buenos Aires this week.”

Osimhen update

Arsenal and Chelsea have been linked with a move for Napoli superstar Victor Osimhen, but it seems a deal will be too pricey, allowing PSG to take the driving seat.

Romano has tweeted: “Victor Osimhen, not even on the bench for Napoli tonight as plan of both parties remains clear. Osimhen wants to leave, Napoli want to bring in Lukaku. Talks with PSG are in stand-by since Monday at current conditions. Chelsea like Osimhen but won’t pay the clause.”

Emerson deal nears

Tottenham look set to offload Emerson Royal this summer with the Brazilian having struggled for regular game time last season. Romano initially tweeted over the weekend: “AC Milan can close Emerson Royal deal next week as new round of talks will take place to agree with Spurs. Emerson, still giving total priority to Milan. Talks scheduled also with Lazar Samardzić’s agents.”

He then added in a later update: “Emerson Royal, expected to join AC Milan from Tottenham this week as reported earlier. There’s one more round of talks set to take place on Monday with AC Milan confident to get final green light. After Pavlović, Emerson could be the next one to join Milan.”
