Brennan Johnson's purple patch in front of goal has seen him become the first Spurs player in almost six years to score in six consecutive matches.

The forward continued his prolific form when he confidently swept home the opener at Brighton on Sunday and his sixth goal in as many games has already surpassed his tally of five from his maiden season at the Club last term.

Our number 22's run spans three competitions with successive goals in the Carabao Cup, Premier League and Europa League and has now matched Harry Kane's run of scoring in six straight games when he hit seven goals also across three competitions between 23 December, 2018 and 8 January, 2019.

Here we take you through how both players hit six in six for the Club...

Harry Kane

Game One

Everton 2-6 Spurs | Premier League | 23 December, 2018

Trailing 1-0 at Goodison Park, we turned the game on its head in the first half with 'H' scoring our third just before the break as he reacted quickest to steer home after Kieran Trippier's free kick had cannoned back off the upright.
