Conor Gallagher was reunited with Levi Colwill at St George's Park ahead of England's upcoming Nations League fixtures. The 24-year-old midfielder, who left Chelsea to join Atletico Madrid in the summer transfer window, will be hoping to impress Lee Carsley this month.
The Three Lions will face the Republic of Ireland at Wembley Stadium on Thursday night before locking horns with Finland at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium on Sunday evening. Ahead of the clashes, Carsley has been putting Gallagher and Colwill – as well as the remainder of the squad – through their paces in training.
Shortly before beginning a session at St George's Park, the duo linked up with fellow Cobham graduate Marc Guehi and posed for a picture. While on the pitches at England's training base in Burton Upon Trent, Colwill also enjoyed reuniting with Noni Madueke and Dominic Solanke.
The Chelsea defender uploaded the selection of pictures to his Instagram, with the post chalking up over 50,000 likes in less than 24 hours. Colwill simply captioned the post with an England flag and red heart emoji.
Gallagher, Madueke and Guehi showed their true colours, showing the 21-year-old support in the comment section. The Atletico Madrid ace and Crystal Palace captain posted heart emojis, while his Blues teammate wrote: "Brotherrrr."
In October last year, Gallagher heaped tremendous praise on Colwill, tipping him to enjoy great success for club and country. The former Chelsea skipper said: "(I) rate him massively.

"He’s a great talent. He’s still so young, a lot of potential, and he’s been great for Chelsea so far. And I’m sure in the future he’ll be great for Chelsea and England."
Then, after swapping Stamford Bridge for the Civitas Metropolitano in the summer, Gallagher still spoke highly of the West London outfit. He said: "Honestly, with Chelsea I have only got good things to say.
"I leave Chelsea with really special memories. The dream came true. So, I am very lucky," added the Englishman. "I think last season I had a good season with Chelsea and you could see by Pochettino playing me every game and showing his trust in me.
"And the fans appreciated what I did on the pitch. I'm very grateful for all of that and very thankful to the fans, and very thankful to Pochettino for giving me that platform to go and express myself and show the best version of myself at Chelsea."
