Maidenhead United Juniors Sharks u15s

--

Maidenhead Vipers U13’s produced a dominant display as they stormed past Wargrave Wolves U13’s Stripes in a cup tie, securing a comprehensive 9-2 victory.

The Vipers were relentless from start to finish, with star performances across the pitch, highlighted by two clinical hat-tricks from Zayn-Davis Hussain and Rex Walkenden-Egan.

Zayn-Davis Hussain continued his superb goal-scoring form with another hat-trick, showing his trademark poise in front of goal. Walkeden-Egan was equally impressive, combining intelligent runs and excellent wing play to grab his own trio of goals, slicing through the Wolves’ defense with ease.

Vipers captain Will Biggs led by example, dictating play with authority and notching a well-deserved goal to cap off a strong individual performance. Maxymilian Olender also shone brightly, scoring two goals, including a spectacular strike from outside the box that left the Wolves’ keeper stunned. His all-around contribution earned him the Player of the Match accolade.

Despite a couple of goals from the Wolves, Maidenhead’s dominance was never in question, and the win sees the Vipers progressing confidently in the competition.

With two tough league fixtures on the horizon, the Vipers will be looking to carry this momentum forward as they continue their season campaign. The Vipers march on!

Maidenhead Sharks u15s tamed the u15 Hearts of Teddlothians Lions in a cup game with a flawless win of 3-0.

The Sharks were aggressive and lively from the first minute taking control of the game and denying space to the opposition to play. Yuvraj netted twice and Ethan was also on target while Albert, the Shark’s goalkeeper, produced some outstanding saves in the second half to keep his team in front and see them through to the next round.

Player of the match went to Yuvraj, real fox in the box. Two great goals making him this season’s top scorer with five goals from four games played.

Coach Seb said he was ‘really proud and happy that the players claimed a deserved victory after a lot of hard work at training’.
