Manchester City landed their fifth Premier League win of the season last weekend with a 3-2 victory over Fulham.
City found themselves 1-0 down after 26 minutes only for a brace from Mateo Kovacic to put them in front by the early stages of the second half.
After Jeremy Doku scored a screamer to bag the Manchester club’s third goal of the game at the Etihad Stadium, Fulham got themselves another goal before the final whistle through Rodrigo Muniz.
Even though the Blues managed to get through this match with three points in the end, one particular figure from City’s squad who appeared in the game has since found himself being singled out by a pundit concerning one particular incident that took place during the clash that he’d presumably rather forget about.

Chris Sutton says Kyle Walker was ‘exposed’ in Man City’s win over Fulham
On the subject of City’s win against Fulham, Chris Sutton said this in a recent edition of It’s All Kicking Off, about seeing Adama Traore outpace Kyle Walker and have a shot at City’s goal in the second half of Saturday’s match.
He said: “It was amazing. I mean, when have we ever seen Kyle Walker exposed like that?”

How fast is Kyle Walker?
City paid £50m to sign Walker from Tottenham Hotspur back in the 2017 summer transfer window.
Back in the 2022/23 Premier League season, Walker registered the highest speed out of any player in the division, racking up a top speed of 37.31 km/h.
Even now at the age of 34, the right-back’s pace has still baffled football figures like Sam Allarydce who said back in May that he can’t believe how fast Walker is.
This makes it easy to see why Sutton has shared how shocked he was at seeing the City captain get outpaced by Traore on Saturday.
Even though the Fulham winger has a reputation for being particularly speedy, this could be a sign that Walker may not be the fastest player in the Premier League anymore.
