HITC understands that Leicester City have failed in their bid to land Juventus youngster Matias Soule.
The Foxes believed they were close to landing the 21-year-old winger, but he has now rejected the chance to join the newly-promoted side.
Juventus are looking to sell Matias Soule this summer to raise funds for other transfer targets they are pursuing.
The Serie A giants have already signed Juan Cabal, Khephren Thuram, Michele Di Gregorio and Douglas Luiz this summer but are now in talks to land Jean-Clair Todibo and Teun Koopmeiners.
As well as Soule, Juventus are also set to sell defender Dean Huijsen with Bournemouth currently leading the race to land him. Former Roma supremo Tiago Pinto is pushing to finalise a move.

Matias Soule decides his next club
Leicester City were not the only English side monitoring Soule this summer – HITC can confirm that several English sides had shown interest including Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace.
Aston Villa are looking to continue their spending spree after Amadou Onana became their eighth signing of the summer, while Newcastle United are on the lookout for a winger after holding talks with Federico Chiesa.
The 21-year-old youngster is held in high regard and was viewed as an exciting long-term prospect by many Premier League outfits.
