Everton return to Premier League action when they take on Newcastle United at Goodison Park this evening.
Sean Dyche’s side picked up their first three points of the season against Crystal Palace last time out. The Blues secured a 2-1 victory over Oliver Glasner’s side after Dwight McNeil struck twice in the second-half.
But Everton could be without Jarrad Branthwaite this evening. As reported by the ECHO earlier this week, the England international is a doubt after picking up a quadriceps injury in training.
Speaking on Thursday afternoon, Sean Dyche confirmed that he is hopeful Seamus Coleman will be nearing a return to action following the upcoming international break. Youssef Chermiti and Armando Broja also remain sidelined.
Kicking off at 5.30pm and live on Sky Sports, Joe Thomas, Chris Beesley and Connor O’Neill will all be in attendance at Goodison Park to bring you live updates on the action.
