As the Chelsea players jet off to yet another pre-season tour of the United States, there is an unusual sense of anger surrounding the club from supporters.
The decision was made to not take Trevoh Chalobah as part of the squad, with the intention being that they find a new club for him this summer.
Chalobah is reportedly gutted about how he is being treated, and supporters have seemed to echo this anger.
However, The Chelsea Chronicle have listed three reasons why fans should actually be positive ahead of a plethora of fixtures stateside.
The emergence of Tyrique George
While Chalobah was not selected, 18-year-old Tyrique George will be a part of the squad who are travelling to the United States.
A left-winger by trade, teammate Noni Madueke is one of those well aware of the quality he possesses at such a young age.
Clips have emerged of him impressing during Enzo Maresca’s first few training sessions, and minutes will no doubt be on offer for the busy fixture schedule.

With no talk currently of a loan away, there is a great chance George can show the Italian he already has the quality to make an impact on the first team.

Despite never managing in the Premier League before, the length of contract offered to Maresca suggests there is real confidence in his ability to suceed.
Sources have already stated that they have been impressed with the football they have seen so far, and are looking forward to seeing it in action for the first time against Wrexham.
If his previous systems are anything to go by, it can be expected the Blues will line up in a 4-3-3, with a full-back inverting into midfield.
Pre-season will give Chelsea fans the best possible indicator for if this is going to work with the players available at Stamford Bridge.
One last chance for experienced players
There are some players at Chelsea who could be entering make or break seasons for their Blues careers.
Raheem Sterling is one player they are pushing to sell, while reports have not gone away that Ben Chilwell could be available for the right price.
Their places in the squad are both severely under threat at the moment, and they will need to call on their experience to make them fan favourites again at West London.
This should see a hunger and desire that could prove unstoppbale from the pair of them this season.
